Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects Cite Worthy customers, providers, the public and Codezela Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. It applies to every account, workspace, website, source, prompt, upload, integration, export and provider request made through Cite Worthy.
1. Use only with authority
You may analyse or crawl only public, same-site resources for a website covered by a stored ownership or authority attestation. An attestation may authorise analysis despite robots.txt, but it never permits bypassing authentication, paywalls, access controls, rate limits or technical security. Do not submit data, brands, copyrighted material or personal data unless you have a lawful basis and necessary permission.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Cite Worthy to create, promote, conceal or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive or discriminatory material. Do not impersonate another person or business, fabricate endorsements or evidence, publish undisclosed manipulation, facilitate violence or exploitation, or create content designed to steal credentials, deliver malware or evade safety controls. Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk messaging, link schemes, search spam, cloaking, fake reviews, fabricated citations, false medical or financial claims, or content that intentionally misleads readers about authorship, evidence, price, availability or results. Human review is required before publication.
3. Technical misuse
Do not probe, scan or test systems without permission; introduce malicious code; interfere with availability; evade quotas or feature flags; automate account creation; scrape private areas; use another customer's data; overload providers; or attempt to extract credentials, hidden prompts or security controls. Do not use customer-owned AI endpoints to bypass platform restrictions or the certified capabilities of that endpoint.
4. High-impact and sensitive uses
Do not rely on Cite Worthy as the sole decision maker for employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, medical care, legal services, public benefits or another high-impact decision. Do not generate professional claims that have not been reviewed by a suitably qualified person. Do not process special or highly sensitive personal data unless the use is necessary, lawful and supported by appropriate controls.
5. Sources, AI and publication
Treat crawled material and generated output as untrusted until reviewed. Do not instruct the system to invent facts, statistics, quotations, credentials, customer outcomes, URLs or citations. Respect source licences, attribution duties and third-party rights. You are responsible for verifying evidence and deciding whether content is suitable to publish.
6. Enforcement
We may stop a task, quarantine an object, limit a provider, suspend an account or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or investigate a credible violation. We aim to use the narrowest safe action and preserve audit evidence. Circumvention or repeated serious misuse may lead to permanent termination and, where required, reporting to an appropriate authority.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse, compromised access or unsafe content to [email protected]. Include only the information needed to identify the issue and do not email credentials, raw payment evidence or unnecessary personal data.
